Starting tomorrow (July 1st) in the City of Denver, you will be charged 10 cents per plastic carry-out bag. This includes paper bags as well.
Grocery stores, convenience stores, liquor stores, department stores, retail stores and more will be required to collect the fee.
Restaurants will not be required to collect the bag fee.
