Lose Weight by Sleeping More?! This May Just Make Sense

If something involves losing weight with little to no effort…. I’m very skeptical but also all over it at the same time! The University of Chicago recently did a study that shows you may be able to lose weight just by simply sleeping more. My first thought is; if you’re sleeping you can’t be eating, so perhaps there’s something here. However, sounds too good to be true right? The researchers pretty much tracked and compared how many hours of sleep vs how much you ate. They found that folks who got 8 hours ate fewer calories than those who didn’t. I’m not gonna pretend like I’m smart enough to understand all this, so for more click HERE!
