Workout Update!


I like to workout. That should be obvious by now. I have been trying to perfect my craft in terms of dedication, form and work ethic and am definitely starting to see the benefits. The program/ individual that I am using as my inspiration is Chris Bumstead. He is the current Mr. Olympia classic physique champion so obviously he knows what he is doing. One thing you need to know is that he has been working out for a long time and is an advanced lifter. If you are a beginner, do not jump into his work out routines. The exercises themselves are most likely fine for you to emulate, but the volume is not for you.

At the moment I weigh 185lbs. I want to weigh 195 and would like my body fat percentage to be around 13%. Currently my body fat percentage is around 15-18%. I will let you guys know when I get close to my goal weight. As always you can follow me @evanontheradio on Instagram.
