The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences revealed the shortlists of 10 categories for the 94th Academy Awards on Wednesday (December 22), and an Oscar win might be in the cards for Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande, Beyoncé and more. The shortlists were for the following categories, the Academy announced Wednesday: Documentary Feature, Documentary Short Subject, International Feature Film, Makeup and Hairstyling, Music (Original Score), Music (Original Song), Animated Short Film, Live Action Short Film, Sound and Visual Effects.

Nomination voting is set to start on January 27, and continues until February 1. Nominations for the 94th Academy Awards will be announced on February 8, and the 94th Oscars will be held on Sunday, March 27, according to the Academy. Here are the lists in each category, in alphabetical order:
