JR was born and raised in Portland, ME, where he first discovered his love for radio.

By fifteen years old he began putting together his own pretend radio shows. JR would get his first break in radio as a mix-show DJ on his hometown station. He worked his way up to becoming a night show host. Later developing into an afternoon drive host in Nashville, where he's spent the last four years. JR is excited to now call Colorado home!

JR loves energy drinks, dogs, and can usually be spotted at any pro-wrestling show in town. (For the record, referring to himself in the third person made JR feel way cooler than it probably should have!)
