Today I found the dreaded end-of-lease paperwork tapped on my apartment door. Of course, my anxiety set in because I’m thinking, oh gosh my rent is about to skyrocket. However, to my surprise, my rent here in Aurora is staying put. I cannot believe it & I legitimately expected the worse. I mean, with inflation, gas prices, housing, hell even parking at DIA is going up. With that said it appears that rent in the Denver Metro Area may just be leveling off. Read more from FOX31 HERE!
